From the landscape to the body
ACADEMIC RESEARCH / from the landscape to the body
Supports for community use in natural and urban environments
Within the framework of the “Landscape Architecture Program” for graduates of the School of Architecture and Urban Studies of the Torcuato Di Tella University we present the extracurricular seminar “From Landscape to the Body, Supports for Community Use in Natural and Urban Environments” dictated by his head Diana Cabeza, architect, designer and Ana Lordi architect.
The idea of this seminar is to approach the supports of use as an emergent of the natural landscape and of the material culture of the territory, responding to a program of uses with a strong relationship with the site.
Focusing on the idea of inhabiting the landscape and observing the duality of how the landscape inhabits us, observation, survey and research issues are analyzed and discussed that will function as project triggers or stimulators.
